Hey Gang! I've been on an exercise and cutting down my calorie intake - kick for a couple of weeks now and with (limited) tracking of my weight I have gone from 164 lbs to my current 149.9 lbs! I only now stumbled onto this site which explains why I haven't recorded any of my previous process. I am eager to get into tracking my routines and habits to ensure future weight loss success!
