Hello all...its been a frustrating several months! Learned I have a thyroid condition, finally settled on good meds for that. And its been so rainy and snowy that getting outside has been only a dream. Depressing...

But...the great news! joined a yoga class, really enjoy it, it helps with strength, flexibility, relaxation and sleep. Building up my cardio and endurance with 3-4 workouts a week, as I have signed up to run the Vegas Rock N Roll 1/2 marathon with my 3 sisters in mid November. Figured it was just time to make a bold move, and take steps to really CHANGE MY LIFE! Getting rid of some weight is the first big step...

So, aim high, and take the small everyday steps to reach your goals. If I can make this happen, so can you!
