Took it easy over long weekend. Weathered the storms here in DFW area of Texas.
Plans for today is to get back on the routines: BG over 100 this am.
I did sleep well again - I mention that due to decades of insomnia - it's a miracle to me to get more than 3-5 hours at one sleep session.
I have a doctor's appointment this afternoon. I want to get the laundry done before then. So a new adventure in getting the wash to the laundromat - the sidewalks here are tricky - hard to maneuver on foot with a load of stuff without it spilling.

I just noticed: when I try to indicate that I ate like 1/3 or 1/4 of a serving - the Kcal is recorded as if I ate the whole darn thing.

Glad to hear you slept well, that usually makes a day easier. As far as the food, there is an option at the bottom of the nutrition information where you can edit the information. You could click there and put in the new numbers- you'd have to figure them separately with a calculator- and then when you've finished entering it, you can either share it or keep it private...that would allow you to have partial portions of foods in your food diary for when you need them. If you eat partial servings a lot, it might be worth the effort to do it that way.
