Lots of help and support here baby. You can do it. Hell...it's only food. Not God, sex or rock and roll. I write down a food plan the night before and try not to deviate. I stay under 1200 calories daily. Walk 3 to 7 miles daily and work out 3 times a week. Am a fat free vegan. Been working easily for me for years.

Thank you so much for the encouragement. I just came across this website today. I put on lots of weight after the delivery. I was feeling very lazy to reduce the weight. But now I have made up my mind that I will make a change in my lifestyle which includes clean eating and workouts.
