Two weekends back to back with parties. Weight is up one pound but I feel like it should be up even more! I will take my own advice and keep looking forward...not back :) Gotta get my butt moving and exercise for real...not just the extra yard work etc that I've been doing! I just feel so worn out :(
188.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
