I ate terrible this week. Too much pizza, too many bottles of wine and an unplanned restaurant outing. BUT...I ordered a turkey burger at Fuddruckers and stopped eating when I was full. I also did some kick ass workouts this week!!
234.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
