Hi All! - I just got back from the mountains camping out with family and friends. Very rainy hear but it was good to be outdoors. Tough to follow my diet with all of the good food that was prepared but after weighing my self this morning I found that I had only gainged ,2 lbs. so that is not as bad as I expected. Now it is time to get back on track. I hope to see some great benefits this week form my diet plan.
