Ok, lets try this again. Between the broken ankle and torn tendon and just a really bad bout of binge eating, my weight has soared back up to 270. I have an appointment with the local hospital weight loss clinic on the 18th of June, and I joined the YMCA so I can use the equipment and the pool. I really REALLY need to get back on track. I'll start my diet again tomorrow, since I think I already fiddled it up today by having a gianormous bowl of captain crunch for breakfast without measuring it or anything.
270.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 45.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
