Bab today and only ate grilled chicken and a small amount ribs; no sauce. I was I wasn't moved by sweets! This is awesome. And, take dash, another pound gone! I have decided to give it a few more days and then stabilize.
274.8 lb Lost so far: 33.8 lb.    Still to go: 114.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
