I'm getting on the elliptical for the second time today. We had potluck at our all day staff meeting today. I overate. Time to burn some of those extra calories!!!

WOW! Good for you. I couldn't even get my butt on the treadmill once today. :(

Ha! Ha! Simply survival!! Thought I might feel better if I exercised a bit more. It is so much easier to consume calories than it is to burn them off ... I'm not even sure how to estimate what I ate. Oh well.
