Being a mother with two little girls it's hard to explain that I am eating a stricter diet.. I don't want to even know what the word diet is! So tonight we are making an uber healthy homemade pizza.. that way we indulge but don't go overboard!

Yes, it is hard. I would just explain that you want to be around for a long time and need to eat healthy and exercise (only if they ask). Being a role model is the best hing you can do for the.
