got fat to lose still...lower body fat!!
142.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1329 kcal Fat: 28.45g | Prot: 88.37g | Carb: 203.54g.   Breakfast: raspberries, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), fiber one cereal, Activia Light Yogurt. Lunch: Roasted Garlic Hummus, Deli Thin Sliced Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, sandwich thins. Dinner: suddenly salad, green beans, boneless chicken. Snacks/Other: edys , Cinnamon Apple Sauce, Pink Lady Apples. more...
