Maybe all this hard work I'm doing is helping me to sleep. The trazodone was increased to 50 mg, I hope that is all I needed to do. I got over 9 hours of sleep. BG 93 in am. Daughter brought a 4 shelf wicker piece - I need to wash it off and let it air dry - will have spray paint soon to get it freshened soon. Went to Walmart - got some food, but mostly items for household and projects I found out how much it costs to do laundry at the place up the block, so I got coins and other change I will need this month.
BG 99, I'm very hungry and thirsty. I'm proud of myself for not buying baked goods and candy. I did get strawberries, cherries, and apples - also some sliced cheese for snacking on. - my protein has been low - so I hope to get snacks and lunches set up for the week, so I can just grab them.
Surrendered the two male cats at a no-kill shelter this afternoon. My daughter helped me get them there. I'm suppressing the feelings - but I over ate the strawberry short cake. We got more water out of the basket of the washer, and I cleaned the floors in the bathroom and bedroom. I washed out the litter tracker and its drying outside. Opened up all windows - moved the hutch that I'd put to cover the dining room window. I think Xander marked the canvas containers I've been using for laundry sorting and to hold the yarn. So I will toss them. I have bins I can use until I can get something nicer looking.
