Losing some interest in the diet and didn't do well making meals this week. Still down a pound so that's good. Went out dancing with friends on Friday and felt good to be in better shape with 40 pounds lost since January. Feels like next forty pounds will be much harder to lose.

Great to fit in some clothes that haven't fit in awhile but thought 40 pounds would show up more. Hardly anyone has said anything about the weight loss.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
