Well, the proof is in the pudding (which is one of the FEW things I didn't manage to eat yesterday!) Today I feel like total CRAP! I'm sluggish...I'm weak-feeling...just over all BLECH. There is no use in any of this....and nothing is worth feeling like this to me.

Also, I found out yesterday that my Vitamin D regimen was not continued as it should have been by my primary. This is another likely cause for my lethargy as my level was 5!!! I took a months worth of mega doses and then nothing else was prescribed. As of yesterday I am back on a regimen that my primary will need to monitor through my labwork. I will likely take this supplement for the rest of my life BUT, if it keeps me moving, I am happy about it!!! Something SO simple...

JUST KEEP SWIMMING!!!!
