Haven't stuck to a diet at all but I have been faithful to the Couch to 5K program. I am officially half way done with the program. Now if I can just get my eating under control, I'd be all set.
194.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 49.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
