OMG, I seem to have lost a day - yesterday completely and can't remember what I had so will just skip it completely.
Had an hour of intense water arobics today, and I did do anhour of walking yesterday so that should help. ALso went in the pool again this afternoon when Dom came home from school, did a few exercises but nothing as intense as at the gym.
