Well, at least I haven't gained a whole bunch re-introducing carbs. I'm pretty much staying steady.

Starting this morning, though, I will walk my 2.5 miles in the morning AND at night. I was only walking at night, but I'm trying to get over this plateau.

Good plan, you may want to throw a little strength training in there with the cardio, just a thought. Just keep up the hard work and you will get to where you want to be :)
