Feeling good and determined. Ginger tea with whole milk this am. A healthy breakfast of muesli, fruit and yogurt. Did 30 mins on stationary bike after goodness knows how long. Feeling good. Cardinal rules. No sugar and no white flour. Before putting anything in my mouth please stop and think before doing so. You can do this. You've done much harder things. Have spent 20 years being unhappy about my weight! If lucky enough to have another 20 would like to spend them being confident about my boy and in good health.
