Got back on the wagon yesterday and drank a litre of water before 1200hrs and then another litre in the afternoon. Went to the gym and walked 2.5 miles home so all in all not to bad I think.
I got up this morning and walked 2.5 miles into work using my iPhone with
Runkeeper . It tracks your movements as you walk, run or cycle and it really accurate. It also tells you how many calories you burned whilst walking etc. If the link does not work just type in Runkeeper and you should get the right one.
At the moment it seems to be working and I feel really good.
