Just read an interesting article, called measuring success beyond the scale. It discusses what your real goal is, to lose weight, be healthier, be more active, eat better or just to feel better.

It is an interesting question. What is my real goal?

Whatever your goal, the scale is just one of many tools we have to help us reach our goal(s)...When I finally decided to "get serious"...I realized my goal was better health...and eating "healthier and more mindfully" AND losing weight were two tools that would help me achieve the goal....I wish you complete success in ALL of your goals...Thanks for a thought provoking post!!!
