Did well until the bank hol w/kend, then it did not go well. Being out in a location without having prep time, access to the right foods and even more so temptation foods was a nightmare. But showed just how easy it is to slip back without sole focus on eating the right foods and not eating sweets, chocolate etc and junk food when time is limited and cooking for others.
