Finally after being so sick I can get back on track. My appetite is returning so I need to watch my portions. Yeah had graduation and know I can be back on track I still can not believe the amount of weight I gained without even blinking. This was a good wake up call for some reason I forgot I can not eat what I want when I want everything in moderation and treats should be just that treats.
