whelp.....I cant stop eating....I have been over on my food for over 2 weeks. this is crazy. and I know you cant out exercise my intake. ugh. still fluctuating around 180lbs. so its not the end of the world. try again tomm.

It's not a fix but may help, chew sugar free gum. I used Trident to help after quitting smoking and now as an appetite suppressant.
