Morning bike 32 minutes at 15 to 16 mph/ 8 miles
Yoga 23 minutes.

Ok, I am going to start logging my workout in my journal for my challange.
It will have a morning log and then my regular journal and then a evening log as well.
I think it is best for me to break up my workouts. I also plan on doing two 20 min yoga workouts as well.
Soooo excited that my 20 min 10 pound slim down yoga is back in cox demand! That helps a lot. I did not find any that I just loved on netflix so after a while I am going to get the 20 min am and pm yoga and find an hour long yoga as well.
Hope everyones day goes well and I will post my evening workout later!
P.S.
I broke down and weighed myself this morning and it was not as bad as I was thinking it was going to be! So happy about that.
