I learned from my first daily food and drink entry that I have to cut out soda as much as possible from my diet until I reach a new plateau. The amount of calories in one 20 oz. that I drank today was nearly the same as my entire lunch of half a sub and an iced tea. However, I only consumed just over 50% of my daily calorie intake. I need to eat more often, especially breakfast.

One of the things I like about this is that I tend not to over eat just because I think, "gee, if I eat that I will have to go record it" LOL I worked up a sweat today for my 30 minute walk but it felt good - we can do this!! :-)
