Okay...starting again. Walk every day. Make right choices. But I gotta figure out what foods won't make me sick!! I have diverticulosis.No raw veggies. No lettuce. No nuts!!! What the heck! That's what I live on!!! Gotta figure out how to get veggies differently....and I guess nut butter!! (Or powder) 204-145=59 lbs. To go!!
