Today I am starting a diet I heard of from my Friends on You Tube. The military diet! Its a 3 day diet that if done exactly like stated you can lose up to 10 lbs. This morning I weighed myself and I am 133.5 lbs You should know i have not worked out since Thursday afternoon and all weekend I ate and drank way too much. While on the military diet I will stop drinking everything but Water, coffee and tea which is very important drink a lot of water!!
I'm looking forward to weighing myself to see how much weight i lose during the next 3 days.
