Had a hell of a week !!!! Eating out and drinking most of it, BUT I drop a little weight !!! HOW COME ???? yes I had to do lots of work as well and walked a good bit, this week will hope it does not come back and will try to drop some more.
189.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
