I have stuck with the slim fast diet (although I now call it my slimslo diet). It is working well and I do not feel deprived in any way. I have a slimslo for breakfast and a slimslo for lunch every day. I eat a normal supper and occasionally have a sweet snack.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 50.5 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
