Happy weekend! What a great day! I went out to dinner with friends and before I knew it a cannoli was in my mouth! I failed on day 1 of my challange. No more though! I read on a fitness website that you shouldn't eat the exact same amount of calories each day. You should eat slightly more one day, hit your goal, then eat slightly less. That keeps your body from adjusting its metobolic rate so you can continue to burn fat. I love learning about ways to keep my body healthy and in turn look great! I'm going body boarding in the AM. I am super excited. If there are no more journal entries after this you'll know it did NOT go well! LOL
