I am following my diet, recording everything I eat and exercising and I'm not happy with the results. I know I have a calorie deficit so it must be either water weight or something. It is annoying either way.
127.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
