My weight fluctuated all summer between 147 and 150. I'm going to try to be more dedicated to healthy eating during the next 15 weeks (before Thanksgiving).
149.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
