OMG - Here I am again back to being FAT. Had to face the music and get on the scale. I really need to be back at FS everyday and record everything I cram into my mouth and get serious.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
