Bad day on Sat 25th, eating what I normally did. Too many carbs following my sweet tooth. A few leads to lots. Disappointed as I had done really well to stop. Only good bit is I only had a few bits whereas before it would have been whole bars of chocolate and whole bags of sweets. High carbs led to fatigue kicking in. Fighting it today (Sunday 26)
