Good Sunday morning my FS friends!!! Well, this has been a productive weekend and a fairly good one for staying in line. I received a wonderful private message from a member who has come a VERY long way in their weight loss journey and they gave me some quite useful pointers! For a newbie like me....I can't express my appreciation enough :) I didn't realize that my logging wasn't detailed enough but it wasn't. It sure will be now. Sometimes I struggle finding things on here with regard to food items and, while water equals nothing in the equation of the day, it should still be tracked! I really, really like this site...I believe that God brings us to things for a reason....and I think my success and well-being is exactly why He brought me here to FS. JUST KEEP SWIMMING!!!

I never log water. I feel it's pointless, TBH. Because of it having no calories, and because I drink so much of it, I'd never be off LS! xD Seems like you're making a good start.
