Wow...can't believe I haven't logged in since October. A lot has changed in my life both personally and professionally. Some good, some bad...but I'm here :) I found out back in January that I have Graves Disease. But everything is good---just got to stay consistent in taking my meds. Started with a personal trainer last week (started with a 3 month commitment. He is KICK ASS! I pray that I can stick to the clean eating. I'm going to do my best. Man...this journaling feels good already.
