back on track still after a again from doing everything wrong...from eating too late at night to stuffing myself when I did because I went to long TO eat, then not getting ANY activity except sleep and go back to my cube the next day....
230.9 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.4 lb a week
