I had to take a second look at the scales this morning.

I think I'm finally getting rid of my bad weekend of unchecked cravings and trip to the hospital cafeteria Tuesday.

Now if I can just keep heading down. This weekend I'll be on that treadmill even if I have to do it in the middle of the night!!
225.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.8 lb a week
