Still fighting late night cravings and gaining some control, but I haven't won the fight yet.

I know I should grab a water instead of food, but I only remember it as I'm washing down what I just ate.

225.4 lb Lost so far: 48.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

It takes time for our bodies to adjust. You will do it. The first part is recognition and you are there.
