Went on vacation last week and took long, intensive walks on the beach nearly every day. I'm sure I toned my calves more, and my abs were even sore.
I believe it was because of those walks that I only gained 3.4 pounds over vacation. I'm sure I can get it all off again though. Over vacation I denied myself nothing. Ice cream, popsicles, white flour. Sodium, sugar and gluten in everything.
I am planning on getting back into my workout. I'm looking for a simple (and quick) full body workout I can do in the morning before I go to work. I'm hoping to do both the plank and squat challenges sometime...
