I made my own chopped salad and divided it into seven mason pint jars, and have been taking one to work for lunch this week. Here's what's in it(everything chopped into bitty pieces): Apple, carrot, kale, celery, red cabbage, cabbage, pecans, sesame seeds, hemp hearts, cilantro, lemon and lime juice, olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
Next I'm going to make a salad that has corn, beets, black beans, bell pepper, onion and cilantro. I love that salad, and I've already bought the ingredients. Yay!
