Just worked out with my trainer and it felt horrible. I know everyone says, "Gee! I just feel great after I work out!" But you know what? I don't. And it's not because I have just started because I hae been working out with a trainer 2x a week for 6 months. And it still sucks. The best it gets is okay, but I never feel better when I come out than when I go in.
I'm just cranky today. Having relationship and finace issues which are making me sad and stressed. Came home for the gym and the dogs had made a huge mess for the second day in a row. I kinda just want to get back into bed. Seeing as I already worked out and talked with my only client, there's no reason why I can't. The hard thing is going to be watching my portions today. I made a great home made pasta sauce to eat with dreamfields low carb pasta, but I could easily undo my entire workout buy eating 2 cups of pasta. I'm going to load up on the sauce. I'm not going to use food to fill me up and numb me out just because I am feeling empty and sad. The feelings will pass.
