Fell off the wagon for a bit. I'm ok with that though. I started at 217, my low was 185, and I'm currently 197.. If I can do that cycle again I'll be where I want to be :)
197.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
