Can't believe I've finally lost 1 stone. This is a really fantastic programme for keeping motivated.....and it's free! When I think how much I've spent on Weight watchers and Slimming World. 😱
164.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
