how did I gain weight?! I didn't even make my calorie limit for the day. stupid body. you better go back down or else! ugh! I was so happy to see 158.8 on the scale and now I'm back to 159.4. grr.

Just something you ate.. scales can and do lie ...Ive said this tons of times we have several scales at the nursing center all are balance out daily not one states the same exact amount lol sodium and other intakes can make the number go up and its not a true lb. you might even be 157. who knows so measure yourself and continue to do that and then the scale wont feel so aggravating to you.. your doing great.:)

Pretty normal! The scale goes up and down all the time. Maybe you just ate too much sodium yesterday! Drink some extra water today and you should be fine in a couple of days.

I agree with Suzi.. drink half your weight in water oz flush your system and it will even out and probably even lose some and you didn't even know it:)

My body doesnt hold sodium like a normal persons does. I have a medication that I take that depletes the sodium from my body so I have to eat a lot of salt anyway. I remember going to the hospital after my last seizure last year and I hadn't eaten in about 4 hours. They said that my sodium levels were so low it probably what caused the seizure. LOL. I know. My body is weird. Pizza makes me lose weight, have to eat salty foods... they broke me when creating me
