Sunday morning coming down <3 Coffee in hand and getting my head right for the day ahead. yesterday was a wash with regard to good nutrition so I am refocusing today. Still have a couple weeks to go before I can see my primary physician again and discuss all the changes I've made since my last visit (which, then, will be 6 weeks). So I am still trying to learn what is the catalyst for my high sugars. Have to head to the grocery store today--not much fiber to be found here and I need some! Opted for granola bars for breakfast...even though I know the sugar is terrible--they will also help with the fiber side. I never, ever paid enough attention to know how much there is to consider in caring for this body of mine. Well, now I am!! Even with slips,trips and falls, I love me and I am going to just keep swimming!!! fbs 191 bs dropped to 95 at 530p shaky feeling at piece of candy
