Not really understanding this sudden spike. Seems my body and scale are bullying my brain again. Could be I had too much salt yesterday or maybe PMS is starting early. I am noticing my normal mood swings so it's also possible. Let's see.
118.8 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
