Over ate yesterday and today but getting back on the wagon first thing in the morning. Yesterday was a field trip day and today was a fun day. I did stay away from pop. I just over ate too many carbs.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
