Trying to get back to my low carb ways. I slipped a couple of times this week but unlike before I got back on track. Now what I need to do is stick to my calorie budget and start exercising. I don't know about other people but I found that when I limit carbs I feel more energetic so I want to exercise.

I agree...I love the extra energy that comes with lower carbs! Good for you...getting back on track is a winning idea.
